The Rising Tide Protocol is for frustrated yoga students in their 40s-50s who are tired of managing chronic muscle pain and want to improve their strength, flexibility and endurance.

In six weeks, we work together to find immediate, short-term solutions to muscle pain and establish habits to ensure long-term pain resilience.

The Rising Tide Protocol is a comprehensive program to change the way you think about your yoga practice. Instead of focusing on special stretches or 'correct' posture, we work on expanding your yoga practice to include recovery, nutrition, stress management and proper training.
